❓ Q: How fast do you ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours. Items that come directly from a manufacturer might take a bit longer, especially if they’re a small outfit like us. Tracking will be emailed when your order ships.

❓ Q: Can I return something?

We have a dedicated Shipping & Returns page with all the info.
TL;DR: If we messed up (wrong item or damaged in transit), we’ll fix it. For other cases, see that page or email us.

❓ Q: Do you sell real products or knockoffs?

Everything we sell is 100% legit. We source directly from manufacturers and trusted distributors. No knockoffs, no funny business. What you see is what they made—we just make it easier to get.

❓ Q: Are you going to spam me or sell my data?

Absolutely not. We don’t sell your info. We don’t rent it. We barely have time to look at it ourselves. Full details are on our Privacy Policy page.

Nate. He’s a real person. If you email us, there’s a good chance he’ll answer directly (at least until he hires help).
